The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated close to all attractions and right across the street from the world-renowned Eataly restaurant. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go or easily use public transportation. The hotel staff was excellent, always attentive and friendly, providing me with a memorable experience. They even surprised me with free morning coffee or tea left at my door every morning.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The Acme Hotel Company Chicago is a small hotel located in a charming area near downtown Chicago. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. The room I stayed in was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially considering the great value for the price.

The ACME Hotel in Chicago was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a stylish design. I loved that they delivered morning coffee to the room in a thermos. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was outstanding, with plenty of local shops nearby, such as Eataly. It was also just a short 20-minute walk to the Chicago Art Institute. Getting to and from Midway Airport was a breeze thanks to the convenient 'L' stop around the corner. As a budget traveler, this hotel ticked all the boxes for me.
I felt very at home at the ACME Hotel and had nothing to complain about.

Exceptional staff at Acme Hotel Company! One of the front desk gentlemen went above and beyond by hailing a taxi for me on St. Patty's Day. They even brought me coffee in the morning. The location was excellent, close to downtown, the metro, and various amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff, convenient location, and added amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, including the world-renowned Eataly restaurant. The hotel staff was friendly and professional, always there to assist us. Our room was clean and well-designed, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the at-your-door free coffee in the morning. The hotel also had great facilities, like a gym and laundry service. it was a great value for the price.
The air conditioner in our room was a bit erratic.
